How long to sour corn?

I started three buckets last Monday afternoon. Added corn, yeast, two litter of strawberry soda, cherry cool-aid pack and water to each bucket. Stirred them good and sealed with lids with four holes drilled in them. I want to put them out this Thursday to hunt over Friday morning.

It should be kicking by then. In my experience it usually doesn't take but a couple of days for it to start getting ripe.

I don’t drill holes in the lid. I leave it cracked or just set on top. I film the bucket up to just under 3/4 full of corn. Fill with the fluids. May add more in a day after it absorbs in.
Just more info.
