The wife and I finally broke down and bought an Ooni Karu 12 pizza oven as our Christmas this year. It’s been a learning curve, but the pizza is fantastic. Been using charcoal and cherry wood. Only problem is we find ourselves eating pizza A LOT…. If that is a problem!!!

My neighbor has a friend who brings his over every once in a while. That thing is awesome. I will binge a little when they have a pizza party. Everybody can make their own. A favorite is a banana Nutella pizza. It's better if you butter the dough and cook it shortly to set the bottom before adding the Nutella and bananas or else the toppings burn before the dough is cooked. It's absolutely pizza crack.

I'd like to try the Rogan/Musk combo that they ate on his show, Double anchovy, double pineapple.

A co-worker has one and he loves it. He also makes steaks and other dishes in the Ooni too.
