ID help with 223 brass

I have been messing around with some range pickup brass. Cleaning, sizing, trimming pocket crimps and so on. Out of about 900 rounds I came across 8 or 9 pieces of brass that are Berdan primers. I thought they were odd so I am looking to find the country of origin. If your familiar with 223 brass on the headstamp it says REM 223 , and some kind of symbol. Any ideas? Picture is best I can do with phone camera and shaky hands.

I am prett sure that is Golden Bear. Russian. Probably a brass washed steel case. Is it magnetic?

I just went back out to my shop and the case is steel or at least magnetic.

Just googled Golden Bear Ammo and it's head stamp and that's what it is. Thanks bullethead.
