Wife printed a recipe yesterday she found online. I smoked dog chicken so, no breast was left for her recipe.
Made it tonight, she said it’s burnt. No, that’s your parm and panko, it gets dark quick. I did just fry some and the ribs and skins in flour and forget egg wash and bread crumbs.
So as you can see, If I blacken stuff she is not a participant.
