Had these two enormous bone-in chicken breasts, so I got them out yesterday and brined them a few hours:
Rubbed down and ready to hit the Akorn with some apple smoke:
An hour and a half later, with some smashed red taters, sauteed veggies, and honey wheat rolls:
This was quite edible. Arlo approved.
