Japanese Frying Frenzy

That plate of food’s got me ready to order a Bayou Classic. Been wantin one for a while.

A deep cast iron skillet/dutch oven on the stovetop works fine, but it's never a bad idea to have more fryers. I have one deep fryer that is exclusively for french fries.
