Oven roasted salmon coated with a little sesame oil, soy sauce etc. Some sprouts glazed with teriyaki and soy. The sauce is a strawberry-ginger-balsamic concoction. Basically sweated down some onion, garlic, and ginger, then added some chopped berries and a little chicken stock and let that sweat down. Then added some balsamic vinegar. Put it all in the blender and back in the pan. Not sweet or "strawberry tasting" at all, very savory with some tartness from the berries. Wife approved!
