Legal bear bait tips for NC

Any tips on legal bear baits for western North Carolina? I’ve got a mom with cubs I can’t shoot but also a 3-4 year old male I wouldn’t mind stacking. Had them all crushing my deer corn until the season opened and dogs cut loose. Season opens again December 12 and I’d like to see if I can coax them back onto my property.

The NE corner of NC uses tons of peanuts, at least they did at the guided trip I went on.
