Looking for a Duck Hunting Lease

I know it may be a long shot. Our lease of 25 years just sold and we need a place to hunt Ducks in NE GA. Looking for yearlong water and place where we can manage ducks with crops and wood duck boxes. Willing to lease or purchase. Working retrievers is our first love.
