Looking to start a new club next season (QDM ONLY)

I'm located in emanuel county, looking for 2 like minded hunters that would be interested in trying to lease 1,000 to 1,200 acres for next season. I know this will be pricey, so it's not gonna be for everyone. Also I'd want to strictly practice trophy management, harvesting bucks 4 1/2 and older only. Buck's must also score 140 or better to be harvested unless we as a group vote on taking an older mature buck that's not gonna get any bigger and needs taking out of the herd. I know it's hard to grow em that big here in South central Georgia but it can be done with the right management practices. This could be a chance to really come together as a small group and be able to harvest a true trophy. Have a few leads on a tract or two big enough but no definite answers yet. I'd like for the land to be in one continuous tract. I'm in emanuel county but open to leasing a tract in a surrounding county.
