Those green beans have no beans inside them, just the hull. Whole different flavor and texture.

I think it’s a piece of backstrap with a rib bone left attached , mainly for looks or to hold it by to eat . Maybe hillbilly will explain better if I’m wrong

Yep, backstrap with rib bone attached. Smaller version of a beef bone-in ribeye.

Brush it with some olive oil and chunk it on a hot grill just long enough to put some marks on it and wilt it a little. Then put the dressing and toppings on.
