Yep, backstrap with rib bone attached. Smaller version of a beef bone-in ribeye.I think it’s a piece of backstrap with a rib bone left attached , mainly for looks or to hold it by to eat . Maybe hillbilly will explain better if I’m wrong
Brush it with some olive oil and chunk it on a hot grill just long enough to put some marks on it and wilt it a little.
