GON Political Forum Scientific Studies Poster
Last of my backstrap...marinated all day in Pay's wet stuff, grilled to 125 degrees, then sliced, with some big Argentina Red shrimp. Served with sauteed vidalia onions and fresh chanterelles that were in the ground an hour earlier, and an ear of some bang-up Mexican street corn, with some smoked jalapeno in the crema.20210627_192539_copy_816x612.jpg
