I read it and despised it. The movie sounds much better.

Too much left-wing politics. Reading it was like watching Rachel Maddow’s show while she was wearing waders and a vest.

Hated, hated, HATED that book.

That's fair. There was some stuff I didn't like, but all in all I liked the main storyline...politics aside...

I read it too. Can't say I despised it but found it to be a slow mover. Would read some, leave it and go to another book, come back thinking the next page, chapter, event was going to be the hook.

Got a copy somewhere if someone wants it. Or might have loaned it out and thankfully not gotten it back.

I'll be searching for the movie. Net Flicks?
