Bacon made from beef belly. I get it either from a local guy who makes it or if he's out then I order from Porter Road out of Nashville. Pretty good stuff.

Beer cheese phillys this evening-Daughters been hounding me about making some beer cheese, so tonight was the night.
Needed more solid cheddar to thicken it up, but otherwise it was on point flavor wise!

Saved room for some cheesecake topped with some caramel-Yum!

Square sausage patties reminds me of the square fish commercials.

Slow Motion, I freeze the sausage in vacuum sealed bags and pack them flat for freezer space then when they thaw out I just cut them and into the frying pan, no having to make patties.

Man, craving flung! I haven't made beer cheese in a couple years-I need to rectify that! That cheesecake oughta be agin the law, too.
