Made up some homemade chalupas last night with deer meat, a green chile queso sauce, and the other fixin's. Man, this was about ten different kinds of good. Well worth the small effort of mixing and kneading up some frybread tortilla shells and roasting some poblanos. I will definitely make this again soon.
