I tell mine all the time, now that she's old, deaf, crippled and cant hunt any more, that I'm gonna leave her at a kill shelter and get a new dog. She just laughs at me and reminds me she's big buddies with my wife and has zero worries in life now, and if anyone misses a meal sleeps outdoors or gets left anywhere it wont be her

I just wish they could talk back. We've also had to spell things so they wouldn't know what we were saying. They learn the spelling quick too.
