Nope going two trips once in december once in January. Got a question though. Does anyone know if the new regs, that go into effect for the 19-20 season, passed limiting out of state hunters dates on wmas in Arkansas apply to the NWR out there as well or just the wmas? Could you still go hunt any day in the season out there as long as it’s on a NWR and not wma?

The way it is written, it was only added to the list of WMAs that you had to purchase the special permit for, I think starting last year, and I don't believe any of the NWRs were on that list.

Here is the list from last year (page 25)

And here is the new addition to that same list of WMAs.

NWR is federally owned meaning your tax dollars pay for it, WMA’s are state and the state of Arkansas can make the rules. So no the new rules do not effect NWR.
