Places to fish in Statesboro?

I grew up fishing on the Ohoopee and Altamaha Rivers. I've been out of state but I'm moving to Statesboro this month. Does anyone recommend any places to fish there?

Those two are always fun there’s a good many state park lakes around George l smith magnolia springs and another in reidsville

Also there’s the pond at the county line liquor store I believe you can go in the store and pay to fish still
