A co worker had his 1st child in the last few days.
A daughter.
She was unfortunately born at 25 weeks and is of course in the NICU at Gwinnett Medical.
I don't know all the specifics but they are a young couple and unfortunately my company does not have any sort of support for situations like this (that I'm aware of).

Please say a prayer or two for the child. And the parents and grandparents in this difficult time.

SO I spoke to the father yesterday. He said she is adding weight and doing well.
He also said the Drs say there is a period where they usually do well followed by a 4-6 week period where they struggle.
It's a waiting game but they say if she makes it 6 weeks (would be about 30-31 gestation) than she should be out of the woods.
Mom is doing good although he said she had some depression.
They both are getting to hold her a little.
