Changed the tail. Still not happy with it. Gonna spray it black and silver next week. Made from 3 different sizes of referigeration copper. Little over 52” long. Prolly have $200 worth of copper in the thing. Lol. Silver soldered it all together. I’m not an artist but I’ve stayed in a holiday inn express before

Pretty nice job! I personally wouldn't paint it, but strip it down then patina the clean copper like they do copper vents and awnings - let the copper be copper so to speak.
However it's your work, so do what you like best. Still a pretty nice piece to be hanging over a freezer. Looks like front porch work to me.

Got it all sprayed. Putting the tape on that sucker was a job. I’ll stick to hvac work for my career. Lol
