Raiola transferring to IMG....North

Been rumor around here for weeks now, was waiting for it to be more official. Heard family may have closed on a home Monday. Buford historically does not send many kids to UGA as we all know. Bama and OH State get most. It will be interesting how this plays out. I will likely make a few games this season.

Moss doesn't grow on that kid.
A lot of people seem to be making a big deal out of his numerous transfers. But unlike others it mostly has not been his choice. The family moved to TX when his sister committed to TCU for a volleyball scholarship. Then he wanted to play at Pinacle, but transfers rules were going to make him sit out.

Transferring to Buford allows him to play his senior season, be close to UGA facilities and staff, and now his family will be here for all of his UGA games.

Moving for better opportunities for their children isn't a bad thing, people do it all the time!

Maybe they can schedule IMG.

Kirby is too busy recruiting to worry about Jax. With the epic roll he's on if he cared to fence off that talent rich state he could likely do it.
Kirby wants out of Jax and he cries about it every year. With his success he should just keep quiet and smile.

Actually, the only reason Kirby wants out is that in the past it is a lost recruiting weekend, but in the last negotiations, Kriby won the right to host recruits at the game. The big question is why should either school accept a lesser pay out from the game than they would get for a home game.

@MudDucker You are Correct. Kirby wants to be able host recruits. He's relentless in recruiting. He doesn't want to lose or waste a minute in recruiting. I don't think either school could host recruits in that game. SO it's a win for both.

Because it’s one of the recognizable traditions in CFB, and that can be a recruiting tool in itself. Neither of those schools is hurting for money.
