My version of Applebee's Bourbon St. Chicken and Shrimp: Grilled Cajun-seasoned chicken breast and shrimp over sautéed mushrooms and onions topped with garlic/herb butter, with sautéed red taters and grilled pita bread:
Grilled chuck/brisket cheeseburgers with home-cut fries:
Grilled trout cedar-planked on the Akorn with fried red taters with bacon and onions, cast-iron cornbread:
Shish kebabs. The chicken/onion/pineapple/marichino cheery ones are my favorites. The red taters with bacon not bad either. This was delicious, been craving these.:
YHFP's blueberry pancakes. local sausage, and bacon. Mighty good:
