riding lawn mower question

Dad has a Hustler sport with a 17HP Briggs and Stratton.
He is getting oil coming out of the fuel pump.
Very thin like oil and gas mix. Not much, just kind of oozes out of the pump or lines.
Anyone ever experience this?
Say a You tube video that says it could be a head gasket?

mine was getting in the air filter box too. Would blow a ton of white smoke.
Guy on a website said take off the head and you will see where the gasket is broke. A $6.00 gasket fixed mine.

i had more trouble setting the valve clearance than anything else.
