Read the reviews - says have cheap plastic buckles.

I don't want something cheaply made that I'm depending on to protect me.

I'd spend more to get more when it comes to safety.

There's no way I would trust that vest. My HSS has all straps connected together. Looks like the straps are just sewed to the vest.

I have one of the vests from the guide that was a bit more expensive. Extra pockets are nice but hot and heavy, even when it's cold out I found it to be a PITA. Since last year I switched to a light weigh harness from Big Game and very happy with the new one. I'll miss the pockets but not the extra 8lbs and sweaty hunting clothes!
