Since we're not having Thanksgiving dinner until tomorrow, for supper last night, I butterflied and fried some big shrimps. Homemade cocktail sauce, taters, and jalapeno pups. Was good.

Those just some 20-26 count butterflied, soaked in lemon juice and Crystal for a few minutes, then seasoned, floured, egg-washed, and panko-breaded. They good. Calabash style is usually small shrimp that are flour breaded. They good too.
