Found Joyce Farms chicken at one of our favorite restaurants. Not sure what they do, or probably don’t do, to their birds but this stuff is unreal. Absolute melt in your mouth butter. My mother in law lives near the farm and brought some with her when she came to our place a couple days ago. Last night stuffed some of the chicken breast with a mix of onion, garlic, conecuh and goat cheese and baked. Topped with vidalia-bacon jam for a couple minutes at the end of the oven time. Served along some orange-bourbon glazed carrots and some backyard creamed kale.
