Steak Night

Grilled a Ribeye for myself and a NY Strip for the wife. The steaks were from Black Rose Angus in Cloudland, GA. Served along with a baked tater, some garlic and w’shire laced shrooms, and a spinach salad with onion, walnut, goat cheese, strawberries, blueberries and shrooms.

Left over prime rib and noddles for stroganoff gone wrong. Decided cheese and spices would hit the spot ?
