That looks good to me. I am whipping up some vegetable beef soup and like you cornbread. Supposed to start getting wet and chilly tomorrow night and it will hit the spot.

"Daisey" wants to eat at 6pm (or when the sun sets), where as I'm more along the line of 9:30 or 10 (bar time). I talked her into 7-8, but still need a snack later.That looks good!

Went Grandma mode tonight. Chicken and gravy over rice, mac and cheese, mixed greens, okra, and cornbread.
All looks good ! We had a big pot of vegetable deer/ chicken soup . And my goodness it turned out delicious . Should have put 2 pounds of ground deer in it though .

@NCHillbilly threw the craving with his dish tonight, and I had no ideas… so, the mrs says yes to shrimp Alfredo is good with her .
son did half the work, tag team . not the neatest plating but mrs liked it.

Chicken noodles and grilled ham n cheese for me. GF had grilled cheese n tomato soup.
