Got back last night, hunted hard all weekend. Never heard a gobble. It was hot, 94 deg. The only one I seen was a hen crossing a trail I was set up on with 7-8 poults in tow.

I went today after the rain. Two hens out in the field but their boys never showed up.

Heard 3 yesterday morning and then the hens showed up so I backed out. Going back in this morning early but just started raining here, break out the rain gear. Hoping for some last weekend magic. Good luck if you all are going out.
