Howdy everyone.
Join on in with your meals.
Had a batch of shrimpless Shrimp Creole on the stove most of the afternoon.
Didn't see any shrimp at the seafood spot this afternoon.....but went with scallops & portabellas instead.
Lots of garlic, basil and other good stuff in there.
Made some jasmine rice to serve it over.
Leftovers will be great for work lunches tomorrow & Saturday.
