Tonight I went with tacos with some habanero Rotel tucked into them......and some brown rice with the rest of the habanero Rotel and minced pineapple....and topped with delicious black beans.

Hadn't had a Bully burger in a long time. Need one soon. Always funny to hear people order one with certain condiments. Clearly they don't know how it came to be called that. In case anyone is curious. Short version. Named after a fellow who worked there long ago. Never wrote down orders. When he got busy he would make all the burgers the same way. And after awhile the Bully burger was born.
