Walnut lumber

What would be a reasonable price to charge for air dried, 28 yr. old rough sawed of various sized 8 ft. boards and beams. Probably pretty good stuff. The prices I have seen on the internet blows my mind. I am no longer able to use it and some people are interested.

For rough boards, about $8-9 per board foot is pretty reasonable. To me, it doesn’t matter the age or way it was dried. Total moisture content does matter. Walnut beams might bring a higher price, but they will still be measured by the board foot. A board foot is length x width x thickness divided by 144. A 12”x 12” x 1” board is 1 bd/ft.
