Me and the ole lady struck out early Saturday morning with the three pups. Found a nice little campsite at the Brushy Creek Lake campground, got set up and headed hiking.
Spent the afternoon hiking in the Sipsey Wilderness. Campground neighbors kept us up most of the night, but we managed to get a half day hike in today to different waterfalls and a cave within Bankhead. Beautiful place up there with lots of nice roads through the WMA as well. Campground was nice for what it was ($3 per night), basic campsites with central bathroom. Next time I think we will hike in somewhere and backpack camp, but I will be back for sure.
