What is the best spark plug for cars?

Newer cars today have very few spark plug problems due to the electronic ignition systems and fuel injection. You should be able to expect as much as 100,000 miles on a set of plugs if the car is running properly. But back to your question......I usually prefer the OEM plugs used by each manufacture. If you have problems with the plugs you may have other contributing problems.

Best would be any platnum plug. If I buy them, I try to go with the OEM brand, or Bosch. They may have improved the problems with the split fire, but they were causing engine problems when they first came out.
