What is this?

A buddy on our hunting club found this is in the middle of the woods in Rockdale County. Any idea what someone was trying to make and how old it may be? I’m guessing it’s a cow leg bone???

Looks like a bone that someone cut with a sawzall during butchering and then the squirrels had at it to me.
