I'm going to be making baked ziti with homemade marinara..
The marinara recipe calls for white wine.
1) No alcohol sales on Sunday til noon and I'm trying go before then
2) I don't drink alcohol and the SO definitely won't drink it, so it's a complete waste of money to use 1/2 cup
What are good substitutes for white wine in this scenario?
