"Useless Billy" Fire Chief.
Can’t remember who taught me, but I remember teaching my boys. They liked to pull each other around with the four wheeler to.636F9602-5860-40CE-BAFC-EBFE6AC8D188.png

Happened so long ago that I can't remember.
That's what weird though - my first day of Kindergarten was a long time ago but I still remember it. Yet I can't remember learning to ride a bike.
Maybe my dad and/or mom were so mean when teaching me that it traumatized me and it's a repressed memory or something!
I remember the first book I ever read completely on my own at home (versus the "Tom, Dick & Jane" books at school) a short Rocky & Bullwinkle book (maybe one of those Golden Books). I had an Atom Ant book after that at some point too.

We had a guy in the neighborhood whose Dad fixed his bike up like this one. It was cool.25275B72-4BFB-4223-97F5-73392B457CFF.png

If you take the pedals off, it will take a kid less than a day to learn how to balance and training wheels will never come into play.
