Wing shooting with bad shoulders

Tried dove hunting today trying 3 different shotguns. Retay 20 ga, Browning 20ga and short Rem. 870 turkey gun. I have a reconstructed left shoulder and shoot right handed. I lack the strength to get the gun up quick and track birds smoothly. The few I hit were from spot shooting in front and hoping for the best. Anybody have similar experience and potential solutions. I've looked at the tactical stocks and maybe that would help.

I had a Ithica 20ga. Feather weight it was just a tad over 5 pds loaded. Double barrel. Ski. I broke my left arm. Shot it one handed in my youth.

I shoot left handed and just had total shoulder replacement surgery on my left shoulder. At the 3 week post operation evaluation my surgeon delayed answering my question as to when I can safely take 12 gauge level recoil until the 2 month evaluation. I'll be disappointed if I can't shoot by next fall.

you might want to try an older Remington 1100 in 20 gauge because the reloading action absorbs a lot of the kick they are light weight easy to swing mine kicks like a 410
