What is the best choice (boat) for fishing North Ga. rivers alone??? Canoe,rubber raft or some type yak?

The best choice for fishing ANY water is a SOT kayak.

I've gotten more use, and had more fun, with my sit-on-top kayak than any other boat I've owned. Regardless of price. Factor in purchase price, ease of use, and no maintenance and it's an easy decision.

Clackas are great if you have someone on the oars, sucks to fish alone out of one.

I thought this is what I would hear..(sit on top yax)never used one but like the looks of them...Do pretty good in a rubber raft,Took my gheenoe down the hooch one time,BAD idea...

I love my Creek Co. pontoon for river fishing. I can put my fins on and fly fish virtually hands-free. While it will work on still water I prefer my kayak for that, much easier to cover distance. Anyhow, my dos pesos,
