2015 highlander defrost issue

My wife has a 2015 highlander and the heat and ac both work great. Issue is, when she switches to defrost it only blows cold air to the windshield vents no matter the temp setting. Any ideas on what to check for? Tia

I would guess one of your windshield vents is stuck closed, or not working properly???

Check over on Toyotanation.com, lots of good stuff there. My wife has a 2019 Highlander and I've solved a couple issues myself just reading in the forums. They have sub-forums for every make/model of anything Toyota. You can also join for free and ask questions. Someone there has your answer.
