I started June 10th and as of Monday I have lost 5#.
I'm trying a new approach to dieting. Slow n easy.
Dropping 4 - 5# a week on diet fads in the past has never lasted and I usually add everything I lost plus a few more back in a short time.
I started at 325.2 and I don't want to go back to that.
