Another dads boil, and a little extra

Did another dads boil here tonight, the usual stuff! (I like to try the crabs and mud bugs @Mexican Squealer !)

i was shopping last week and picked up cabbage instead of lettuce… so when the boil was done, i quartered the head and kicked it off for leftovers.

also, don’t know about you guys, but saving off some of the liquid, it’s good on other stuff. Adds good flavor to precooked shrimp and other seafood. And the cabbage too. Leftovers are gonna be good.

I love to boil potatoes in the leftover water, makes killer potato salad.
