You done went and flung a craving my way. Gonna fire up the Blackstone tonite....
Try grating an onion and putting it inside some paper towels and squeezing the juice out. Dilute it with some water and put it on the sliders with some melted butter when they're about halfway done. It steams that flavor into them.
