Made up some homemade pizza dough yesterday afternoon. Turned it into an enormous big pizza shell with a big fat crust stuffed with mozzarella sticks.
Brushed the crust with olive oil, grated Parmesan-reggiano, and garlic. Then piled the middle full of marinara, mozzarella, Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, peppers, black olives, Parmesan-reggiano, Italian seasonings, red pepper flakes, and such. Then onto the stone on the Akorn for about 15 minutes. It was quite edible.
