Dough made and kneaded and ready to sleep:

About an hour later:

Punched it down, stretched it out into a crust, rolled and stuffed the perimeter with mozzarella sticks.
Topped it with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, marinara sauce, a whole grated block of mozzarella, bacon, mushrooms, peppers, onions, black olives, Italian sausage, pepperoni, hot pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.

About to come out of the Akorn:
