Looks like I may ride down to Darien tomorrow, and chase sharks on Thursday and Friday. As of right this minute, it appears I’m probably going alone. If anyone is gonna be in the area and wants to join me, let me know. I launch out of Ridgeville, at Blue-N-Hall. Usually try and fish in front of Sapelo if the waves cooperate. Hang out in the river if they don’t. Right now, the wave forecasts look pretty good til the afternoons. I’ll fish til I’m tired of it, until I can’t stand the heat, or until the water makes me quit.
I’ve got a 19’ sea pro cc. I usually limit the boat to just me and one other person. But if someone has a kid that wants to go, we’ll throw that rule out. But you’ll need to have a life vest for them unless they can wear an adult size. No guarantee we’ll catch anything, but I usually manage some. I’ll throw the same warning out that I do when I invite folks around home. I smoke, tend to cuss too much, and my radio only plays rock music. So keep that in mind, lol.
Won’t cost ya nothing. And ya won’t need to bring nothing but drinks/snacks.
