Coconut Crusted Critters

Made up some coconut shrimp last night, with some fries, jalapeno pups, and an orange marmalade/Dijon/lime dipping sauce. Was downright edible.

I like coconut and shrimp, but I've never been fond of the two together. But....as good as that looks, I would have to give it taste. And the dipping sauce sounds mighty good.

I love orange marmalade slathered on pork with a sour cream, dill, horseradish dip on the side.
