Starting to see some divers pushing in with this cold front here, also saw some sandhill cranes going through.

All the divers pushed on, not much today, clear night, North Wind, will be more coming in

Tuesday here in Dunwoody we had a big push of what I think were buffleheads. They were small ducks that were dark and some had white that I could see from 500 yards out through Binoculars. Here one day gone the next.

It was in the 20s here for our youth waterfowl day. I took my oldest grandson, first time this year dealing with skim ice. Only saw a dozen woodies, 2 mallards, and 1 hoodie, but did see over 150 geese, definitely not our locals, they were interested in the decoys.

One goose and a hoodie was all he got, did have some misses and missed opportunities trying to get his hands out of the hand warmer.

40s to 60s is what they are calling for next week for our November split...

Second from the left looks like he has a half moon started like it’s a bwt x spoonbill hybrid.
