Crawfish and Andouille pasta

Man, this was soooo good.

Fresh thyme, basil and oregano from the garden, sauteed in butter with onion and garlic. Browned the andouille in that, then added heavy cream and some halved cherry tomatoes. Let that thicken some, then added some mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Once the pasta was ready, added a pound of peeled crawfish from the boil a couple weeks ago, and abouta half teaspoonof red pepper flakes.
