Contrary to popular belief, most acorn trees drop more acorns when the climate is dry. They are dropping lil babies in case they die from lack of rain. At least that is what I learned three years ago. I have not had enough years of watching it to see if this is generally true. Might be bull but maybe some of you ol timers have a lil wisdom in that area.
